This policy explains what information Mixology at the Manor (“we,” “us”) collects when you visit swingermoon.com or reach out to us about attending an event, and how that information is used. We wrote it in plain language on purpose — we know privacy and discretion matter to our community.
Who we are
Our website address is https://www.swingermoon.com. Mixology at the Manor is a private, screened social club hosting adult lifestyle events in the metro Detroit area. You can reach us at indulge@swingermoon.com or (734) 328-1739.
What this site does not do
We keep our tracking footprint intentionally small. This site does not run Google Analytics or any other analytics service, does not use advertising pixels (Facebook, TikTok, or otherwise), does not have user accounts or a login area for guests, and does not process payments or sell anything online. There are no contact forms on this site — every inquiry happens by phone or email, which you initiate.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our web server automatically logs standard technical information for security and troubleshooting purposes — things like IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We don’t use this data for marketing or combine it with anything else about you.
Third-party content on this site
A few elements on this site are loaded directly from other companies’ servers, which means those companies can see that your browser requested the content (typically your IP address and browser information), the same way any website you link to can see you came from ours:
- Sponsor banners — our footer displays partner banners for SwingLifeStyle.com and SDC.com. Clicking one takes you to their site, and each is governed by that company’s own privacy policy, not ours.
- Google Fonts — we load our site typefaces from Google’s font service (fonts.gstatic.com), which is subject to Google’s privacy policy.
Cookies
If you see an entry acknowledgment on this site, choosing “Enter” sets one small, functional cookie so you aren’t asked again on your next visit. It does not identify you personally and is not shared with anyone. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Information you give us directly
If you contact us by phone or email to inquire about attending an event, we’ll typically ask for your name, contact information, and some basic conversation about your interest in and experience with the lifestyle — this is our screening process, and it exists for the safety and comfort of our members. We do not ask for or store medical information, government ID numbers, or payment card details through this process. Information shared during screening is used only to evaluate and coordinate event attendance and is not sold, rented, or shared with outside parties, other than as required by law.
How long we keep information
We keep screening and contact information only as long as reasonably needed to manage your relationship with our events, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing indulge@swingermoon.com. We’ll respond as promptly as we can.
Children
This site and our events are intended strictly for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle information changes, we’ll update this page and revise the date at the top.
